Meditation Class In English (5/9)

Join us for a meditation class designed to help you find peace and serenity.

In this class, you’ll learn techniques to calm your mind, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, our experienced instructors will guide you through each session with tips and support. Immerse yourself in a serene environment, connect with like-minded individuals, and take a moment to breathe and rejuvenate.

This class will be held in English. 

Dates:  This meditation class consists of four sessions held every Saturday from 5/2 – 5/30.

The specific dates are:  May 2, May 9, May 16, May 23

Meditation instructor: Venerable Miao Xi

Location: 

Fo Guang Buddhist Temple Boston (711 Concord Ave, Cambridge, MA02138)

Fee: Free

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, an open mind and positive attitude.
